Step 2 – Arrange an Appraisal
If after our initial contact you want to take it to the next step, we will arrange an appraisal of your property at a mutually convenient time.
If the property is ready to rent, we will aim to take all the photos and measurements we need at the appraisal meeting to save you time and be able to get your property on the market quickly.
So ideally you only have to meet us once.

Step 3 – We Email You
Once we have completed the appraisal we will email you with everything you need to do so that your property is compliant to rent it.
We will give you some suggestions that you might want to consider to improve marketability. This might increase the amount you could receive in rental value and the speed at which you rent it. We understand how important it is to keep your property rented for as long as possible and get it rented as quickly as possible.
We send you a valuation of the property based on the current market and a list of our charges.
Also included in the email is a contract, written in easy to understand Plain English terms.
Step 4 – You make A Decision
Now it is over to you to make your decision. If you need any further information we are available to talk to or you can contact us through another method.
When you decide you want us to represent you, just sign the forms and get them back to us.
Step 5 – Property On The Market
From when we receive your signed documents we will get your property on the market within 24 hours.
It will marketed through various methods including Rightmove and Zoopla as well as through our website, social media and other contacts.
Step 6 – Bookings and Offers Received
We will give you access to our portal where you can track what is happening with your property. You will be able to see bookings that have been made as well as any offers we have received.
